Returns & Resizing

HADAKA pieces are meant to be worn through confidence so we want our pieces to fit you perfectly. If the size isn’t quite right, we have resizing available. We do not offer exchanges on pieces.

Each piece is handmade in our London workshop, the process to create our pieces takes time and a lot of love so please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.

TIMEFRAME & CONDITIONS

RESIZING: 

• Free resizing within 3 months post-purchase, please email hadakajewellery@gmail.com with your correct ring size and we will provide information for a return address

• £25 resizing fee is charged after the 3 month window

RETURNS:

• Within 28 days from delivery, returns can be made with a full refund

• Items must be unworn, in unused condition, in all original packaging with proof of purchase in order to qualify for a refund. Otherwise, pieces will be returned to the sender

• Free return postage

• Custom pieces are not included in our returns policy

• We do not offer exchanges
